Please complete this form to secure a place on up to three Community Garden waiting lists.

All of the community gardens have waiting lists, so the sooner you apply the sooner you will be offered a plot. When your name rises to the top of a garden list, a Garden Coordinator will contact you to see if you still want the plot. They will tell you which space(es) is available, and upon acceptance, they will collect your annual plot fee for the SWCP Community Garden Fund and give you a key to the garden.
